Day 1

I've got to say I'm really excited about yesterday. For breakfast I had a banana (free), for lunch a salad (free) with a bit of soy sauce (20 kcal), for dessert 2 slices of melon (free). It would've been the utmost perfect day if it wasn't for the truffle I ate around 9 pm :( it has 120 kcal so I stayed on my calorie limit which was 200. The reason I ate the truffle was because my mum offered it to me and if I refused she would suspect something is going on. See, I never refuse chocolate, something I have to change asap. I also had 4 gums which totalled my calorie intake for the day 144 kcal. YAY!
I worked out for 50 minutes and according to my calculations I burnt approximately 100 kcal. I'm getting the feeling I need to work out more, a lot more.
In two weeks I have a Halloween themed birthday party. It's going to be super fun with a few hot boys :D I know some friends of mine are going to set me up with this really handsome guy. Seems wonderful, doesn't it? Well.... there's a catch, of course there's a catch. I want to dress up as a witch (so unoriginal, I know) and I already have the costume. It is purple and black, quite sexy to be honest and I when I wore it on my birthday party this year I received complements from EVERYONE. Where's the catch do you ask? Back then I was 104,5. Just 20 lbs lighter then I am now. I cannot fit in it, it's so frustrating! I CAN'T let they all see me as the fat ass that I am today.
So here's the challenge: I will drop at least 15 lbs until then. Crazy? yes. Impossible? NO WAY! I am so freaking determined I know I can do it, I just gotta stay focused.
So I'm going to the gym right now and I'll work out for 2 hours. That is huge for me, I hate the gym.
